Hypnotherapy is the practice of using the power of incitement to bring about positive change in people who are under hypnosis / trance. It is considered one of the most successful and short-lived non-invasive change techniques available today, and in more and more medical disciplines it is used in addition to the therapeutic approach for a wide range of anxiety disorders as well as phobias.
How does it work?
In hypnosis, one can turn their attention inwardly to use the resources one already has to make changes, reconsider, change behavior, or regain control over areas of one's life. Hypnotherapy works by causing a hypnotic state characterized by wakefulness. This allows us to divert external attention and focus on internal experiences to get to the core issue of their problems.
A certified Hypnotherapist or Hypnotist guides you into a deep state of relaxation (sometimes described as a trance state). While you are in this state, the Hypnotherapist uses specific methodologies that lead to therapeutic improvement.
The experience of hypnosis (trance) is not a new experience for any of us. We are in a trance while reading a book, when we are absorbed in a movie or music or even absorbed in our own thoughts.
What is hypnosis used for?
Hypnotherapy has been shown to be effective in treating the following conditions including:
- Mild depression
- Anxiety/ Stress
- Chronic pain
- Weight control
- Restrictive beliefs/ decisions
- Phobias
- Bad habits/ abuse
- Athletic performance
- Self-esteem and self-confidence
- Sleep Disorders
- Trauma management
What is hypnosis and what is it not?
Hypnosis is not…
- Sleep
- State of anesthesia
- Gullibility
- Loss of conscience
- The control of the mind by another
- Loss of self-control
Hypnosis is….
- Awakening of the mind
- Relaxation
- Active Imagination & Creativity
- Exercise of the mind
- Communication with the subconscious mind
- Ultimate display of control
What if I can not or do not want to go into hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state for man. We are in trance / hypnosis, several times a day, when for example we are abstract and absorbed in our thoughts. So anyone can be hypnotized, as they know how to do it, they just need to have imagination, something that of course we all have. It's absolutely safe and it's a really great experience. If one does not want to be hypnotized for any reason, there are many other change techniques that are just as effective.

Hypnotherapy with Coaching is for anyone interested in achieving their goal more directly and effectively. We do not need therapy because we are "damaged" or because we are not functional. We cooperate with a therapist because we want a solution to a problem we haven’t managed to address, and in this way we achieve it more easily and quickly using the power of both our conscious and subconscious mind.
The basic premise of coaching is that we all already have all the tools we will need, we have all the options, and we are responsible for everything that happens to us. Scary? Or incredibly exciting?
Coaching is the art of facilitating another person's well-being and performance. Coaching increases self-awareness and identifies choices. Through guidance, people can find their own solutions, develop their own skills and change their own attitudes. The universal role of Coaching is to close the gap between people's capabilities and their current situation .

Coaching is the process that results in achieving the goal through training, mentoring and interventions, used in various fields, such as business coaching, athlete's coaching, acting coaching, etc. Life coaching is the specialty of coaching that focuses on achieving personal goals: relationship or professional goals.
During my coaching, I use various tools that achieve specific results much faster and more efficiently, as they utilize the functions of the subconscious mind as well as the conscious mind. These tools, among others, are Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnotherapy, and are used according to the needs that arise.
If you knew you could not fail, what would you dare?
Each of us has the answer inside him as well as the power to go where he wants.
- The only goal of coaching is to achieve your goal. To live the life you desire, as you desire it. Your coach helps you unleash all the potential you hide, use all the skills you have and achieve what you want by creating new synapses, new neural pathways and choices to achieve it more easily
- Coaching is fast. It may only take a few sessions and we rarely need to reconsider this problem as the problem is completely solved
- Coaching is effective. We identify the goal, what we need to do to achieve it, what we lack and it holds us back. We use various techniques such as Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy/ Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy™ to achieve it
- Coaching is goal-oriented. That is, we are interested in moving forward in the future and achieving what will make our lives more beautiful / easier, etc. We do not dwell on the past. We look at the past temporarily and quickly, only to resolve issues that prevent us from achieving our goal in the future, and then focus on where we need to go: in the future.
- All the changes that will come are discussed and examined so that they are feasible and do not disturb the ecosystem of the client / coachee
- The coachee / client has all the knowledge and skills to solve his problems. He works with his coach to find the best way to achieve the desired result. A good coach has complete faith in his client and is committed to helping his client succeed
- The coachee / client is the authority. Only the client really knows what he can do, because he knows the whole story and can take action and experience the results.
- The coach's goal is for the coachee / client to have all the responsibility for change and to give 100% of his effort, so that he can achieve his future goals easily as well. The coach-client relationship is a relationship between equals, a collaboration.
- A good coach does not have to be specialized in the subject in which he coaches. The methodology for the right targeting is the same between different fields and sometimes an objective look outside the subject, can "see" more clearly what is needed
- As you achieve your goals, your overall confidence in other areas improves, as well as confidence in yourself that you will succeed. Apart from that, achieving a goal in one area of your life, positively affects other life areas as well (e.g. a dream job brings stress reduction and improves overall health)
- Coaching helps the coachee/ client as a whole, as well as the past , its present and its future. The coach may soon visit the past to clarify some established behaviors and decisions and behaviors, but the focus is on the present and the future. The goal of coaching is to achieve the goals set.
- Coaching is content-free. The coach does not need to know the details of all the coachee / client's traumatic experiences, while the coachee / client DOES NOT NEED to relive the traumatic events by recounting them to his coach. The only thing that matters is how a traumatic experience has affected the way we think and react and change it to serve the changes we want to make in our lives. It is not necessary for the therapist to know exactly what has happened and the patient does not need to recount it and, above all, relive it. The goal is to visit the traumatic experience swiftly, safely, and to get anything helpful and useful from the traumatic experience wherever we want to go: in our wonderful, magical future!
- With treatments such as Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis we can "cement" some changes and establish them even better, recording them in the subconscious mind.
- The client chooses the topic of each session, there is no specific agenda in advance, so the most important issues are discussed and resolved each time, but also the desired targeting.
NLP explores the relationships between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic) and our patterns of behavior and emotions (programs). In practice, we use the language of the brain to achieve specific and desired results.
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is an amazing method for effective and fast change in the way we receive the information, the filters we have, how we process our thoughts and consequently our behavior. Neurolinguistic Programming is one of the tools during coaching, used in order to achieve results faster and more effectively.
NLP gives the customer more options. It consists of various techniques that can change the "model" with which we perceive and experience the world (model of the world). These techniques allow us to expand and enrich the way we live our daily lives, making our lives richer and more worthy of life. People who are in treatment and want help for change are usually there because they feel they do not have enough choices, that they can not behave differently and that is something that changes.
In life, we perceive what we want to perceive and usually our views are consolidated. The human brain works in such a way that it perceives little of the billions of signals it receives daily, which it generalizes- deletes- distorts to match our existing "filters" (values, beliefs, etc.) and are eventually registered in a specific way, which leads to specific behavior. We realize this better when we observe that we are making vicious circles, complaining about the same situations and find ourselves in similar moods. If we now decide to change our lives, if what we want isn’t unhindered, we will not be able to desire it properly, we will not do thoughts and especially actions in the right direction, so we will not achieve what we want.
The role of the therapist is to challenge the Generalizations-Deletions-Alterations we perceive, to check the filters we have if they work properly and to substantially change the information we provide to our brain in a way that our brain understands. Too often, there are areas where the customer literally can see no choice but to make these unsatisfactory and painful choices that keep him in the same spot. Precisely because he ignores that there are choices, he does not realize it and loses the wealth of information that the world around him provides. We humans end up in pain not because the world is not rich enough to allow us to meet our needs, but because our representation of the world is poor.
Time Line Therapy™ is an approach that allows an easy transfer to the past, the present but also the future, and the mental processing of events and their effects on our future course.
Time Line Therapy™ involves treatment on an unconscious level and allows the client to erase negative emotions associated with previous experiences and transform his or her inner planning. Internal programming is often the mechanism that is responsible for the external expressions of our emotions, so by reshaping the coding of some experiences, we can change their effect on our psyche as well as our targeting.
Time Line Therapy incorporates various techniques that enable you to overcome negative emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, etc. at the registering level and is widely used for depression, anxiety, fear, apathy or sadness. It is also a very useful technique for reshaping restrictive beliefs and limitations, for creating choices and managing pain.
Through practical application, a person can be guided to access specific memories and learn how to disconnect from the negative emotions associated with those memories. This allows a person to break free from their previous belief system and instead develop new, more positive beliefs and techniques to come into contact with a fuller and more enriched reality.
